We are seeking a mid-level associate (3+ years of experience) to help support a growing, world-class Private Equity practice.
I'm partnered with an Am Law 100 firm hiring Associates in NYC. We're looking for a Mid-Level Associate to join its Private Equity Group. You'll advise private equity firms and their portfolio companies in matters including M&A, leveraged buyouts, equity investments & more.
The ideal candidate will have
- Substantial law firm experience (3+ years) focused on Private Equity
- JD - Admitted to Practice in NY
- AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience highly preferred
